eDesk Reminder Settings

Control reminder timing and owner emails.

These settings are stored inside the Starpark app. The reminder worker reads the latest settings on its next sync, so you do not need to edit the .env file for tag rules or recipient mappings.

Reminder rules

Day 0 means the same UK calendar day. When the tag is applied after the cut-off time, the app adds one extra day automatically.

eDesk tag	Days after tag	Reminder time (UK)	Cut-off time (UK)

Example: S Delivery · day 0 · 13:00 · cut-off 13:00 means a tag added before 13:00 is due today at 13:00; a tag added after 13:00 is due tomorrow.

Email delivery

Owner email mapping

Match the owner name shown by eDesk exactly. Automatic and manual reminders for that owner are sent to the mapped email address.
